Grade point average (GPA) is calculated based on cumulative high school grades.
Students with 2.0+ GPA who do not meet requirements of their chosen Bachelor degree
program, but want to joint The University of Toledo, can be admitted our 2-year Associate degree programs.听

pre-health and pre-law tracks
Pre-med, pre-law, pre-dental and pre-vet are NOT majors at 蜜桃传媒.听They are pathways, or road maps, to a career in medicine, law or dentistry.
If you want to enter one of those pathways when you apply to 蜜桃传媒, you will need to:
- Choose a major.
- Meet your program's admission requirements.
- Select pre-medicine, pre-law, pre-dental or pre-veterinarian as an optional concentration on the 蜜桃传媒 application.

蜜桃传媒 of Engineering
Engineering Science majors
- Minimum GPA: 3.0
- Minimum test scores: 22 ACT or 550 SAT math subscore or a 76 ALEKS score*
- Required High School Coursework: 4 years of high school chemistry and math (fourth-year emphasis on trigonometry or pre-calculus). High school physics is strongly recommended
Engineering Technology majors
- Minimum GPA: 2.5
- Minimum test scores: 20 ACT or 510 SAT math subscore or 61 ALEKS score*
*Students who do not have an ACT or SAT score can take 蜜桃传媒's math placement test (ALEKS) for a fee of $20 USD. Students must score at least 61 points for Engineering Technology programs or at least 76 for Engineering Science programs.

All majors except Social Work and Nursing programs
- Minimum GPA: 2.7
Social Work
- Minimum GPA: 2.5
School of Nursing
- Minimum GPA: 2.75
- You are not guaranteed a spot in the Nursing curriculum and must enter a competitive admission process for the professional division after taking two years of pre-nursing courses.
Direct Admission to Bachelor of Nursing
- To qualify for direct admission to professional division of Nursing, you must have a minimum 3.6 GPA and a 23 ACT or 1130 SAT score.
- High school 3.8 GPA or higher is required for test-optional pathway.
- If you qualify for direct admission, you are guaranteed a seat in the professional division of the program as long as you maintain a 3.5 蜜桃传媒 GPA.
- The priotiy application deadline for the direct admission to Nursing is January 1.
蜜桃传媒 of Natural Sciences and Mathematics
Bachelor of Science in Biology
- Minimum GPA: 2.75
For students in all other majors
- Minimum GPA: 2.5
蜜桃传媒 of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Minimum GPA: 2.5 for admission to pre-pharmacy
Direct Admission to the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) program
Those accepted for Direct Admission are guaranteed a seat in the Professional Division of the PharmD program as long as you maintain a 3.0 蜜桃传媒 Science & Cumulative GPA throughout pre-pharmacy coursework. Those who don't qualify for Direct Admission will need to apply to the Professional Division in their second year as a pre-pharmacy student
- To qualify for Direct Admission, you must have a minimum 3.5 GPA . You must apply to 蜜桃传媒 蜜桃传媒 of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and, if admitted and quality for Direct Admission, you will recieve a link to the Direct Admission Application and process in your 蜜桃传媒 Admission Letter.
neff 蜜桃传媒 of Business and Innovation
Bachelor's degree programs
- Minimum GPA: 2.8
Associate's degree in Applied Organizational Technology
- Minimum GPA: 2.0
If you don't meet the GPA requirement for the bachelor's degree, you will be admitted into an associate's degree program. When you earn a 2.4 蜜桃传媒 GPA, you may transfer into the business program of your choice.

Appeal Process
If you do not meet one or more of the requirements of the academic program of your choice but feel that you are ready for your studies at The University of Toledo, you may appeal. Review our admissions Appeal Process.
Suspension/Dismissals From Other Schools
If you have been suspended or dismissed from another institution, you will be required to provide additional documentation. 蜜桃传媒 will honor an academic suspension from another school up to one year. You will not be able to attend classes at 蜜桃传媒 until that year of academic suspension has been completed. Students suspended or dismissed for disciplinary reasons will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
