What is Rocket Express?
Rocket Express is a partnership between Owens Community 蜜桃传媒 and The University of Toledo designed to provide you a seamless pathway to a bachelor鈥檚 degree.

Why participate in Rocket Express?
- Receive provisional admission to 蜜桃传媒 while enrolled at Owens Community 蜜桃传媒.
- Lock in your curriculum for up to three academic years from time of Rocket Express admission.
- Track your degree progress at both institutions on your Ozone account and your UTAD account.
- Work with your 蜜桃传媒 transfer specialist while studying at Owens Community 蜜桃传媒 to ensure all classes will apply to your degree plan at 蜜桃传媒.
- Receive invitations to special events on 蜜桃传媒's campus.
- Have your 蜜桃传媒 application fee waived when you apply for admission to a 蜜桃传媒 bachelor's degree program after completing your associate's degree.
How do I participate in Rocket Express?
Current Owens students
- Meet with your 蜜桃传媒 Transfer Specialist (see contact information below) and complete the interest form.
- Download the interest form from your Ozone account, complete the form and submit it to the OServe Desk.
New Owens students
- and select the Rocket Express box.
NOTE: You are ineligible for Rocket Express if you were previously enrolled at 蜜桃传媒. This does not include enrollment in 蜜桃传媒 Credit Plus; CCP students are eligible for Rocket Express.
