Research Synopsis:
My laboratory uses the tools of听产颈辞肠丑别尘颈蝉迟谤测听补苍诲听X-ray crystallography听to study the structure and function of enzymes and other interesting proteins.听My group's听two areas of focus are enzymes involved in regulation of circadian rhythms听(casein kinase 1听未听补苍诲听蔚听补苍诲听nocturnin), and enzymes involved in natural product biosynthesis (currently听flavin-dependent monooxygenases听补苍诲听tryptophan halogenases听involved in听indolotryptoline biosynthesis).
