Choosing the correct email signature
ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Health Signature
Use this signature if you are:
- A UTMC employee
- A provider employed by UT Physicians
- A staff member employed by UT Physicians
Standard ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Signature
Use this signature if you are:
- A staff or faculty member in the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ of Medicine and Life Sciences
- A staff or faculty member in the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ of Pharmacy
- A staff or faculty member in the School of Nursing
- A staff or faculty member in the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ of Health and Human Services
Outlook allows you to create more than one email signature. You should use the email signature appropriate for the purpose of your communications. If you are a UTP doctor communicating with referring physicians, you would use a ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Health email signature. If you are a faculty member communicating with students or others in academia, you will use your standard ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ signature.
Please do NOT use multiple logos on a single signature. If you are unsure which signature to use, please discuss with your department chair or leader.
