Scope: This policy applies to all students enrolled in the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) program at the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences
To ensure provision of the most up-to-date and relevant pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences education, all Doctor of Pharmacy degree requirements must be completed within six (6) years from the time the student first enrolls in the professional division (P1) of the Doctor of Pharmacy program. An approved leave of absence may justify an extension.
