Resident Assistants

The Office of Residence Life is seeking charismatic, humble, and driven team players to join our 2027-2028 resident assistant staff. RAs are responsible for actively working with their residents to develop a sense of community through on-going communication, engagement, and support while modeling an enthusiastic commitment to student success.聽

The 2027-2028 resident assistant application is now open. If you have any questions, email residencelife@utoledo.edu.听听

To successfully apply, you will need to submit a resume and cover letter.

Applicants will be notified via their Rockets email of their selection for interviews by the end of January and will receive further instructions on how to sign up for their interview. 聽

RAs that have applied to return will be interviewed at the end of January 2027.

Interviews for new RA candidates will take place mid February 2027.聽

Desk Assistants

The Office of Residence Life will be seeking charismatic, humble, and driven team players to join our 2027-2028 desk assistant staff. DAs are responsible for operating the functions of the front desks in the residence halls and are considered an integral part of the University鈥檚 effort to provide a safe, secure, welcoming, and comfortable environment for all residents and guests within the residence halls.
